同轴针联合半自动活检针在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检中的应用价值

Value of coaxial needles combined with semi-automatic biopsy needles in CT-guided percutaneous lung aspiration biopsy

目的探讨同轴针联合半自动活检针在CT引导下经皮穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月在济宁市第二人民医院影像中心经皮肺穿刺活检患者120例作为研究对象,患者均是在CT引导下使用同轴针联合半自动活检针进行皮肺穿刺活检。并病理学确诊,总结穿刺成功率、常见并发症发生率及其影响因素。结果120例患者118例穿刺成功,穿刺成功率98.3%(118/120)。所有穿刺标本均检查结果为阳性,确诊肺癌1例为炎症,良恶性准确率为99.1%(117/118)。气胸穿刺并发症的发生率为8.3%(10/118),出血发生率为6.7%(8/118)。结论同轴针联合半自动活检针在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术安全、高效,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the value of coaxial needle combined with semi-automatic biopsy needle in CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with percutaneous lung puncture biopsy at the imaging centre of the Second People's Hospital of Jining from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for the study,and all patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy using a coaxial needle combined with a semi-automatic biopsy needle,and the diagnosis was confirmed pathologically to summarize the success rate of puncture,the incidence of common complications and their influencing factors.Results Puncture was successful in 118 of the 120 patients,with a puncture success rate of 98.3%(118/120).Positive results were obtained in all puncture specimens and one lung cancer was diagnosed as inflammatory,with an accuracy rate of 99.1%for benign and malignant(117/118).The incidence of puncture complications was 8.3%for pneumothorax(10/118)and 6.7%for haemorrhage(8/118).Conclusion Coaxial needle combined with semi-automatic biopsy needle for CT-guided percutaneous lung aspiration biopsy is safe,efficient,with few complications and worthy of clinical promotion.
