在经济全球化的背景下,各国之间的经济贸易往来愈发频繁,跨国商务活动日趋增加,各行各业对高素质国际化人才的需求量明显提高,同时“一带一路”的提出对国际化人才的培养也提出了更高的要求。为了满足时代发展对人才的需求,应用型高校应积极推动人才培养模式的创新,不断更新培养理念,完善课程体系,注重校企合作,提高人才培养质量,确保所培养国际化人才能够充分理解多元文化,具备较强的跨文化沟通能力。

In the context of economic globalization,economic and trade exchanges between countries are increasingly frequent,transnational business activities are increasingly close,and the demand for high-quality international talents in all walks of life has increased significantly.At the same time,the proposal of the"the Belt and Road"also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of international talents.In order to meet the demand of the times for talents,application-oriented universities should actively promote innovation in talent cultivation models,continuously update training concepts,improve curriculum systems,pay attention to school enterprise cooperation,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and ensure that the international talents they cultivate can fully understand multiculturalism and have strong cross-cultural communication skills.
