为保证幼儿的全面健康成长,幼儿教师要对以往的教育理念和教学模式进行反思和优化。幼儿园开放性游戏与区域活动提倡通过游戏引导幼儿进行知识学习,其有助于激发幼儿的活动参与兴趣,提高幼儿学习的主动性,发展幼儿的思维,激发幼儿的内在潜能。幼儿园可通过创设区域环境、提高幼儿教师综合素养、培养幼儿习惯、增强幼儿自信心、建立有效的评估体系等方式设计和开展幼儿园开放性游戏与区域活动,以有效达成幼儿教育目标,使幼儿得到全面健康发展。
In order to ensure the comprehensive and healthy growth of young children,preschool teachers should reflect and optimize their previous educational concepts and teaching models.Open games and regional activities in kindergartens advocate guiding children to learn knowledge through games,which helps stimulate their interest in participating in activities,improve their initiative in learning,develop their thinking,and stimulate their internal potential.Kindergartens can design and carry out open games and regional activities in kindergartens by creating regional environments,improving the comprehensive literacy of preschool teachers,cultivating children's habits,enhancing children's confidence,and establishing effective evaluation systems,in order to effectively achieve early childhood education goals and enable children to achieve comprehensive and healthy development.
