社会支持是一种社会交换行为,是由社会支持的主体、客体和环境组成的系统性整体,其对促进高校贫困学生的心理健康及社会化、个性化发展有着重要意义。文章通过分析和梳理社会支持的来源、组成、结构、网络与个人的关系、作用机制等影响因素,明确与高校贫困学生成长密切相关的各社会主体的职责与定位,并通过优化制度安排和政策设计有效建立起各社会主体间的合作机制,使各社会主体逐渐进入相互促进、有机耦合的合作状态,共同为高校贫困学生身心健康成长而努力。

Social support is a social exchange behavior,which is a systematic whole composed of the subject,object,and environment of social support.It is of great significance for promoting the psychological health,socialization,and personalized development of impoverished college students.The article analyzes and sorts out the sources,composition,structure,relationship between networks and individuals,mechanism of action,and other influencing factors of social support,clarifies the responsibilities and positioning of various social entities closely related to the growth of impoverished students in universities,and establishes effective cooperation mechanisms among various social entities by optimizing institutional arrangements and policy design,gradually enabling them to enter a mutually promoting and organic coupling state of cooperation,work together to promote the physical and mental health growth of impoverished students in universities.
