劳动是创造社会物质财富和精神财富的必要手段,既是人的生存生活之本,又是社会不断进步的根本动力。劳动教育是全面育人体系的重要组成部分,是职业教育实现人才培养目标的有效路径。高职院校应加强顶层设计,将劳动教育合理融入人才培养的各个环节,并通过做好前期保障工作、科学实施以及后期反思工作,有效构建出新时代高职院校劳动教育体系,以使劳动教育的育人价值能够在高职教育中得到最大化发挥,使更多的高职学生能够成为满足时代发展需要的新型劳动者。

Labor is a necessary means of creating social material and spiritual wealth,which is not only the foundation of human survival and life,but also the fundamental driving force for social progress.Labor education is an important component of the comprehensive education system and an effective path for vocational education to achieve talent cultivation goals.Vocational colleges should strengthen top-level design,integrate labor education into all aspects of talent cultivation,and effectively construct a labor education system for new era vocational colleges through early stage guarantee work,scientific implementation,and later reflection work,in order to maximize the educational value of labor education in vocational education and enable more vocational students to become new workers who meet the needs of the times'development.
