商业文化是中华民族文化的重要组成部分,高校将商业文化传承融入商科人才培养,是新时代对商科人才教育的新要求。商业文化传承与商科人才培养融合的过程,是学生从了解中华传统商业文化到热爱传统商业文化再到践行传统商业文化的过程。高校要通过在专业基础课中融入商业文化元素,使学生对传统商业文化建立起初步认知;通过完善商业文化课程体系,使学生对优秀传统商业文化产生认同感;通过开展校企合作,使学生把对商业文化的理解落实到具体的工作实践中。

Business culture is an important component of the Chinese national culture.Integrating the inheritance of business culture into the cultivation of business talents in universities is a new requirement for business talent education in the new era.The process of integrating the inheritance of business culture and the cultivation of business talents is a process in which students go from understanding traditional Chinese business culture to loving it,and then to practicing it.Universities should integrate elements of business culture into their professional foundational courses to help students establish a preliminary understanding of traditional business culture;by improving the course system of business culture,students can develop a sense of identification with excellent traditional business culture;by conducting school enterprise cooperation,students can implement their understanding of business culture into specific work practices.
