摘要 “网络圈层化”增强了大学生获取信息的便捷性,为高校思想政治教学工作既带来了新的机遇,也带来了前所未有的挑战。为确保高校思想政治教育教学工作质量进一步提升、高校“立德树人”根本任务的有效落实,高校思想政治教师既要立足传统课堂,主动融入学生圈层,又要依托实践课堂再造圈层,引导学生在社会实践中通过所见、所闻、所感全方位感受思想政治教育的魅力,将思政理论知识内化为自身的思想政治素养和道德品质,更要坚守网络课堂重构圈层,利用网络引导学生在优质圈层中、在知行合一中提升道德境界,塑造理想信念。 The"network layering"has enhanced the convenience for college students to access information,bringing new opportunities and unprecedented challenges to the ideological and political education work in universities.To ensure the further improvement of the quality of ideological and political education teaching in universities and the effective implementation of the fundamental task of"foster character and civic virtue"in universities,ideological and political teachers in universities should not only be based on traditional classrooms and actively integrate into the student circle,but also rely on practical classrooms to rebuild the circle,guiding students to experience the charm of ideological and political education in all aspects through what they see,hear,and feel in social practice,to internalize the knowledge of ideological and political theory into one's own ideological and political literacy and moral qualities,it is necessary to adhere to the reconstruction of the online classroom circle,and use the network to guide students to improve their moral realm and shape their ideal beliefs in high-quality circles and in the unity of knowledge and action.
