地方院校青年教师心理健康问题及对策研究--以衡水学院为例

Research on the Psychological Health Problems and Countermeasures of Young Teachers in Local Colleges and Universities---Taking Hengshui University as an Example

当今社会经济、文化的不断发展对高校青年教师提出了更高的要求,教育理念、教学手段、教学方法不断更新,这无形中给青年教师带来了更大的挑战,部分青年教师在挑战及压力下会产生一定的心理健康问题。地方院校青年教师的心理健康问题应该引起各方关注、受到重视。应分析当前青年教师心理健康存在的问题及原因,从教师自身、学校、家庭及社会四个层面制定解决青年教师心理健康问题的策略,保证高校青年教师的身心健康和可持续发展。

The continuous development of social economy and culture in today's society has put forward higher requirements for young teachers in universities.Education concepts,teaching methods,and teaching methods are constantly updated,which invisibly brings greater challenges to young teachers.Some young teachers may experience certain psychological health problems under challenges and pressure.The mental health issues of young teachers in local colleges and universities should attract attention and attention from all parties.We should analyze the current problems and reasons for the mental health of young teachers,and develop strategies to address these issues from the perspectives of teachers themselves,schools,families,and society,in order to ensure the physical and mental health and sustainable development of young teachers in universities.
