基于思政教育提升高校大学生教育管理水平的研究

Research on Improving the Educational Management Level of College Students Based on Ideological and Political Education

学生教育管理工作不仅有助于增强学生的综合素质能力,而且在提升高校办学质量和人才培养质量方面具有重要作用。文章分析思政教育与学生教育管理融合发展的价值与意义,阐释高校思政教育与学生教育管理的辩证关系,探讨当前高校大学生教育管理工作面临的问题,指出基于思政教育提升学生教育管理水平,要做好四个方面:更新思想观念,强化部门联动;创新管理方法,开展个性管理;优化专业师资,提升综合素质;抓好柔性教育,凸显以生为本。

Student education management work not only helps to enhance students'comprehensive quality and ability,but also plays an important role in improving the quality of university education and talent cultivation.The article analyzes the value and significance of the integration and development of ideological and political education and student education management,explains the dialectical relationship between ideological and political education in universities and student education management,explores the problems faced by current university student education management work,and points out that to improve the level of student education management based on ideological and political education,four aspects should be done well:updating ideological concepts,strengthening departmental linkage;innovate management methods and carry out personalized management;optimize professional teachers and enhance comprehensive quality;grasp the flexible education highlighting the importance of life as the foundation.
