摘要
随着能源制造技术的不断成熟和推进,国际动力电池市场需求将呈现强劲增长,发展空间巨大,未来十年将是动力电池产业发展的关键时期。分析了动力电池智能制造的需求,并提出了电池智能化的路径和思路。结合智能制造质量闭环和系统成熟度分级,强调了动力电池智能制造在动力电池高质量发展中的重要意义。在产业发展的关键时期,提升制造安全性、降低制造成本、优化控制、实现更高质量的加工工艺,以推动动力电池智能制造的发展和成熟。文中提出了采取标准化、模型化、数字化和智能化的路径,实现基于模型的数字化和基于数据的智能化。通过优化闭环控制架构,实现完整的电池制造大数据分析和闭环系统,以提升电池制造质量。
With the development of manufacturing energy technology,the international power battery market has a strong demand and huge development space,which is a key period for the development of power battery industry.In this paper,the demand of intelligent manufacturing of power battery and the path and thought of intelligent manufacturing of battery are analyzed,the importance of intelligent manufacturing of power battery in the development of high quality power battery products is emphasized.In such a critical period of industry development,in order to achieve large-scale,high-quality manufacturing of power batteries,in order to achieve the goal of improving manufacturing safety,reducing manufacturing costs,and in order to optimize control,to achieve higher quality processing technology,these goals will together promote the development and maturity of smart power battery manufacturing.In this paper,we propose to take the path of standardization,modeling,digitization and intelligentization to realize the digitization based on model and the intelligentization based on data,and then optimize the closed-loop control architecture,to achieve a complete battery manufacturing big data analysis and closed-loop system to improve the quality of battery manufacturing path ideas.
