摘要 为提高大型鼓风机的工作效率,鼓风机中叶轮部件用QT500-14材质替代原HT250材质。试验研究了固溶强化铁素体基球墨铸铁鼓风机叶轮的铸造工艺,采用呋喃树脂砂铸造,水平造型、垂直浇注,借助分析软件对充型和凝固过程进行CAE分析,优化铸造工艺,以确保铸件的内部质量技术要求;根据厚大断面球墨铸铁件的特点,设计了固溶强化铁素体基球墨铸铁QT500-14的成分和球化、孕育处理工艺,成功研制出符合GB/T 1348-2019中QT500-14牌号的技术要求的铸件。 In order to improve the working efficiency of the large blower,the impeller parts in the blower are replaced by the original HT250 material with QT500-14 material.The casting process of solid solution reinforced ferrite ductile iron blower impeller was studied by using furan resin sand casting process,horizontal modeling and vertical pouring,and CAE analysis of filling and solidification process was carried out by MAGMA analysis software to optimize the casting process to ensure the internal quality technical requirements of castings.According to the characteristics of thick and large section ductile iron,the composition of solid solution strengthened ferrite ductile iron QT500-14 and the spherodized and impregnated treatment process were designed,and the castings conforming to the technical requirements of the QT500-14 grade in the national standard GB/T 1348-2019 were successfully developed.
