The article deeply analyzes the risk characteristics of environmental emergencies in Ya'an City and the weaknesses and weaknesses of ecological environmental emergency,scientifi cally plans the environmental emergency management work of Ya'an City during the"14th Five Year Plan"period,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of emergency system and mechanism,prevention and early warning system,emergency response system,emergency support system,and social governance,so as to provide reference for Ya'an City to promote the construction of environmental emergency capacity in the future.
