略论挥发性有机物的定义对我国管控思路的影响

A Brief Discussion on the Impact of the Defi nition of Volatile Organic Compounds on China’s Control Strategies

挥发性有机物的定义是个十分关键的问题,一方面为了确定有害的挥发性有机物,另一方面又要确定可豁免的挥发物,以便相关部门制定有效的管控措施。本文通过对我国大气污染及挥发性有机物(VOCs)管控现状进行分析,探究我国对挥发性有机物定义的必要性,并指出了大气污染治理管控措施的实施策略。

It is very important to determine toxic and harmful volatile organic compounds,and on the other hand,to determine exempted volatile compounds,relevant departments can develop effective control measures.This paper by analyzing the current situation of air pollution and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)control in China,the necessity of defining volatile organic compounds in China was explored,and the implementation strategies of air pollution control measures were pointed out.
