企业在生产加工过程中使用或产生的危险化学品因管理不当极容易污染环境,因此必须要按照合理的规章制度处理危险化学废品。有关单位和部门在应急处理危险化学品污染时应当高度警惕,防止二次污染的发生,要严禁严重破坏环境的行为发生,并在生产或使用危险化学品的过程中确保人类生存环境的安全和清洁。
