摘要
山东省生活垃圾无害化处理正由焚烧处理逐渐替代卫生填埋,焚烧处理占比从2016年的36.4%上升到2020年的50.5%。生活垃圾作为一种新型的可回收利用能源已广泛应用于垃圾焚烧发电行业。生活垃圾湿基低位热值大小直接影响发电厂焚烧炉的焚烧性能。生活垃圾中有机组分湿基低位热值可达到14 000~29 000 kJ/kg左右,纺织类、纸制品等初级产品湿基低位热值可达12 000~15 000 kJ/kg左右,而未经加工的植被类垃圾,其湿基低位热值在8 000~10 000 kJ/kg左右,因而可以通过控制垃圾燃料中不同组分的比例来控制其热值,或通过生活垃圾物理组成含量的不同来预判生活垃圾作为燃料的湿基低位热值。
He harmless treatment of domestic waste in Shandong province is gradually replacing sanitary landfill by incineration,and the proportion of incineration has increased from 36.4%in 2016 to 50.5%in 2020.As a new type of recyclable energy,domestic waste has been widely used in the waste incineration power generation industry.The low calorific value of MSW wet base directly affects the incineration performance of incinerators in power plants.The wet base low calorific value of organic components in domestic waste can reach about 14,000~29,000 kJ/kg,the wet base low calorific value of textile,paper products and other primary agricultural products can reach about 12,000~15,000 kJ/kg,while the wet base low calorific value of unprocessed vegetation waste is about 8,000~10,000 kJ/kg,the calorific value can be controlled by controlling the proportion of different components in MSW fuel,or the low calorific value of wet base of MSW as fuel can be predicted by the different physical composition of MSW.
