中水回用系统在处理焦化后混出水过程中需注意的问题浅析

摘要 中水回用系统在保证产水通量和脱盐率的前提下,如何最大限度地延长设备的使用寿命,是所有中水回用技术人员一直关注的焦点。本文结合本钢北营焦化厂中水回用系统在处理焦化后混凝出水过程中的生产实践,对后混加药量控制、进水水质关键指标要求、臭氧工序控制、超滤(UF)及反渗透(RO)运行中需注意的问题进行总结分析,进而建立了一套完善和有针对性的运行方案,保证了中水系统实现长期稳定运行。 On the premise of ensuring the water production fl ux and desalination rate,how to maximize the service life of the equipment is the focus of all reclaimed water reuse technicians.This article summarizes and analyzes the production practice of the reclaimed water reuse system in the treatment of coagulated effl uent after coking at Beiying Coking Plant,including the control of the dosage of post coagulation mixed chemicals,key indicators of infl uent water quality,ozone process control,ultrafiltration(UF)and reverse osmosis(RO)operation,and the issues that need to be paid attention to,and establish a set of perfect and targeted operation scheme to ensure the longterm stable operation of the reclaimed water reuse system.
