“无废城市”建设中危险废物管理是保证城市环境质量、提升人民生活水平的重要条件,相关部门应该对其予以充分的关注。危险废物管理工作具有成本高、难度大的特点,在实际工作中有很多难点有待解决。为了进一步推进“无废城市”中危险废物的有效管理,相关部门应该考虑到危险废物转移处置难、资源化利用率低等困境,在管理中强化区域联防联治、打通资源化利用出路、完善多样式收集模式、落实废物自行处置规范、提高管理创新积极性,使危险废物管理得到显著提升。

The management of hazardous waste materials in the construction of“zero waste cities”is an important clause for ensuring urban environmental quality and improving the standard of living for the people,it should be given sufficient attention along with other considerations.Waste management tools have the characteristics of high cost and difficulty,and there are many challenges to be addressed in practical work.In order to further promote effective management of hazardous waste in“zero waste cities”,it is necessary to consider obstacles in the transfer and disposal of hazardous waste,low utilization rates in resource recycling,strengthen regional joint prevention and control in management,establish pathways for resource utilization,improve diversified collection models,implement standardized regulations in waste autonomous agencies,and enhance the motivation for management innovation,thereby achieving highquality in the management of hazardous waste materials.
