耦合传热下低温试验舱温度场和速度场分析

摘要 低温试验舱是一种人工模拟温度环境的试验设备,根据企业的技术要求,开展了低温试验舱温度场和速度场分析,验证低温试验舱设计的合理性。采用气-固耦合传热技术,研究在耦合传热条件下低温试验舱温度场和速度场分布。研究结果表明:采用80 mm厚度保温层能够满足系统保温要求;试验区最大温差为2.6摄氏度,温度均匀性满足设计要求。 The low-temperature test chamber is a kind of test equipment for artificial simulation of temperature environment.According to the technical requirements of the enterprise,the temperature field and velocity field analysis was carried out to verify the rationality of the design of the low-temperature test chamber.The temperature field and velocity field distribution of the low-temperature test chamber under the coupled heat transfer was studied by using gassolid coupling heat transfer technology.The results show that the insulation layer with 80mm thickness can meet the requirements of the system.The maximum temperature difference in the test area is 2.6 degrees Celsius,and the uniformity of temperature is sufficient.
