中国城市高架桥下空间设计探索

Exploration on the Design of the Space under the Urban Overpasses in China

在城市存量建设阶段,大量高架桥下的附属空间未被充分利用,如何激活城市高架桥下的消极空间,重塑空间的吸引力和凝聚力,将畸零空间活化为城市公共空间,成为时代的重要命题。文章论述了中国发展城市高架桥下空间的国情背景,基于城市公共空间设计准则,提出高架桥下空间改造应遵循基于需求而设计、使用安全性、高可达性、美观性和文化性五项原则,并有针对性地结合实践案例讨论了具体设计策略及高架桥下空间利用的多种可能性。研究能为我国高架桥下空间利用设计提供理论依据和参考。

During the urban stock construction phase,a large amount of space under overpasses has not been fully utilized.Therefore,how to activate the negative space under the urban overpasses,to reshape the attractiveness and cohesion of the space,and to transform the fragmented space into urban public space has become an important proposition of the times.This paper discusses the national background of China for developing the space under overpasses.Based on the design guidelines for urban public space,this paper proposes that the transformation of the space under the overpasses should follow five principles of demand-driven design,safety,high accessibility,aesthetics,and cultural significance.Furthermore,this paper provides practical design strategies and discusses various possibilities for the utilization of space under overpasses in combination with practical cases.The paper provides a theoretical basis and reference for the design and utilization of the space under the overpasses in China.
