中小城镇新区城市设计中景观空间体系的构建方法研究——以怀远县荆山新区重点地段城市设计为例

Research on the Construction Method of Landscape Spatial System in Urban Design of New Districts in Small and Medium-Sized Towns:A Case of the Urban Design of Key Areas in Jingshan New District in Huaiyuan

改革开放后,我国国民经济实现飞跃式发展。中小城镇的城市化建设逐步扩张,建设城市新区已成为常态。然而快速发展也带来诸多问题,景观视角介入和引导未来城市建设已成为国内外共识。研究将通过回顾近现代城市设计中景观思想的变迁,以及我国中小城镇新区城市设计中景观面临的挑战,汲取多方经验,寻找破解当前议题的路径,并以怀远荆山新区重点地段城市设计为例,提出景观视角下中小城镇新区城市设计中景观空间体系构建的四大策略:生态优先、以人为本、传承文脉、包容创新。

After the reform and opening up,the economy in our country has achieved leapfrog development.The construction of small and medium-sized towns has also gradually expanded,and the construction of new urban areas has become the norm.However,rapid development has also brought many problems.It has become an international consensus to intervene and guide the future urban construction from the perspective of landscape.This paper will review the changes of landscape areas in modern urban design and the challenges faced by landscape in urban design of the new districts in small and medium-sized towns in our country,draw on various experiences,and find ways to solve the current issues.Taking the urban design of key areas in Jingshan New District,Huaiyuan as example,based on the landscape perspective,four strategies of ecological priority,people-orientation,cultural heritage,and inclusive innovation are proposed for the construction of landscape spatial system in the urban design of the new districts in small and medium-sized towns.
