老龄化社区改造更新设计策略研究——以宜昌市西陵区船柴社区为例

Research on the Renewal Design Strategy for the Renovation of Aging Community:A Case of Chuanchai Community in Xiling District,Yichang City

老龄化社区面临适老化基础设施缺乏、社区居民年龄结构固化、社区更新可持续性较弱等诸多问题。结合宜昌市船柴社区改造更新设计案例,提出完善社区适老化基础设施建设,充分挖掘社区特色文化并融入社区公共空间设计;吸引年轻人入驻社区,从而打破居民老龄化人口结构;建立社区共建共治共享体系与全民参与的社区建设机制等设计策略。从而增强老年人社区归属感、文化认同感与社会参与感,多维度增强老年人幸福指数。同时,通过建设多龄混居社区,激发社区活力,形成社区建设持续更新迭代机制,旨在为老龄化社区改造与更新提供新的设计思路。

At present,the aging community is facing many problems,such as the lack of aging infrastructure,the solidification of the age structure of community residents,and the weak sustainability of community renewal.Combined with the case of the reconstruction and renewal design of Chuanchai Community in Yichang City,it proposes the design strategies of improving the construction of the aging infrastructure,fully taping the community characteristic culture and integrating it into the community public space design,attracting young people to settle in communities to break the aging population structure of residents,and establishing community co-construction,co-governance and sharing system and community building mechanism with the participation of the whole people.These measures aim to enhance the sense of community belonging,cultural identity and social participation of the elderly,and to enhance the happiness index of the elderly in multiple dimensions.Moreover,we will build a multi-age-mixed community,stimulate the vitality of the community,and form an iterative mechanism for continuous renewal of community construction,aiming to provide new design ideas for the renovation and renewal of aging communities.
