建设美丽乡村视角下传统村落的保护与开发研究——以浏阳市小河乡潭湾村为例

Research on the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Building Beautiful Countryside:A Case of Tanwan Village in Xiaohe Town,Liuyang

传统村落的保护与开发是落实乡村振兴战略、实现美丽乡村建设的重要举措。文章以浏阳小河乡潭湾村为例,通过文献调查、内容分析等方法,归纳总结出潭湾村的发展优势,同时对其发展困境进行探讨并提出相应的整改规划。经研究得出,潭湾村目前存在以政府为主导的规划和机制不健全、乡村布局不合理、创新型人才缺乏等问题。文章针对以上问题,提出了建立健全政府工作机制、打造“生态+文化”旅游业、完善创新人才培养制度的发展建议,为潭湾村的美丽乡村建设及可持续发展提出了切实可行的方案,也为相似传统村落的保护与开发提供参考。

The protection and development of traditional villages is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy and to realize the construction of beautiful villages.Taking Tanwan village in Xiaohe Town,Liuyang City as an example,this paper summarizes the development advantages of Tanwan village through literature survey and content analysis,discusses its development difficulties and then proposes the corresponding rectification plans.The study shows that Tanwan village currently has problems,such as imperfect government-led planning and mechanism,unreasonable village layout,and lack of innovative talents.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the development suggestions of establishing a sound governmental working mechanism,creating“ecological+cultural”tourism,and improving the system of training innovative talents.It puts forward practical solutions for the construction and sustainable development of the beautiful Tanwan Village.Furthermore,it provides a reference for the protection and development of similar traditional villages.
