从“拒绝拆毁”的建筑观谈城市微更新

Discussion on Urban Micro Renewal from the Architectural View of“Resisting Demolition”

2021年,两位立誓“拒绝拆毁”的欧洲建筑师获普利兹克建筑奖。他们坚持“凡能挽救的,拒绝拆毁”的理念,创作出一系列具有可持续发展的建筑作品。基于这种“微更新”式的建筑设计观,笔者从更大范围和角度,通过中国老一辈建筑学者对更新理念的探索到现代、当代知名的建筑师的一些建筑创作尝试,探讨了优秀建筑更新改造案例中的设计思想对城市更新理念的启示和影响,并进一步研究了城市微更新的时代特征和发展趋势。

In 2021,two European architects who vowed to“resist demolition”won the Pritzker Prize.Adhering to the concept of“for what can be saved,refuse to tear down”,they have created a series of sustainable architectural works.Based on this new concept of micro renewal architectural design,from a larger scope and perspective,the author discusses the renewal concepts of the older generation of Chinese architectural scholars,analyzes some architectural works of contemporary famous architects,explores the inspiration and influence of the design concept in the renewal and renovation cases of some excellent buildings to the urban renewal concept,and further studies the times characteristics and development trend of urban micro renewal.
