基于居民认知视角的基层医疗资源空间配置规划研究

Study on the Spatial Allocation Planning of Primary Healthcare Resources Based on Residents’Cognitive Perspective

社区基层医疗设施资源配置不均将影响居民的就医满意度。随着城市化进程的不断推进,居民的就医行为愈发受到关注。文章采用问卷调查方式,基于居民认知视角,探讨了成都市都江堰市观江社区居民在就医选择和出行方面的感知水平,以及基层医疗设施资源的空间配置情况。研究发现居民的行为受到多方面因素的影响,包括个人、家庭、社会文化属性因素,以及就医的可达性等,并据此提出相应的对策和建议,以期为优化提升基层医疗资源空间配置和社区居民就医满意度提供参考。文章对未来考虑社区居民群体需求偏好的城乡规划、政策设计和养老服务具有重要的科学价值和现实意义。

Unequal allocation of primary healthcare resources in communities can affect residents’satisfaction.With the continuous progress of urbanization,residents’healthcare-seeking behaviors have received increasing attention.This paper used a questionnaire survey to explore the perception of the residents in Guanjiang community in Dujiangyan City,Chengdu on their choices for healthcare and travel,as well as the spatial allocation of primary healthcare resources.It is found that the residents’behavior is influenced by various factors,including individual and household sociocultural attributes and the accessibility of medical facilities.Based on these findings,corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed to optimize and improve the spatial allocation of primary healthcare resources and to enhance residents’satisfaction with healthcare services in the community.This paper has important scientific value and practical significance for future urban and rural planning,policy design,and elderly care services that consider the preferences and needs of community residents.
