城市共享视角下大学城体育中心使用后评价--以苏州国际教育园体育中心为例

Post-Occupancy Evaluation of the Sports Center in University Town from the Perspective of City Sharing:A Case of Sports Center in Suzhou International Education Park

为解决人们日益增长的高质量物质资源需求和大学城内共享资源可持续发展问题,研究以苏州国际教育园体育中心为例,采用使用后评价方法,在已有研究基础上构建评价体系,对其进行满意度评价并进行分析,得出体育中心的评价良好。根据使用后评价的分析结果,分别从交通可达性、停车便捷性、功能布局三个方面,提出了提升体育中心城市共享程度的优化建议,使其能够更好地为使用者服务,促进其可持续发展,同时为大学城体育中心的规划建设提供一定的参考。

In order to solve people’s increasing demand for highquality material resources and sustainable development of shared resources in university towns,this paper took the Sports Center of Suzhou International Education Park as an example,adopted the post-occupancy evaluation method,established the evaluation system based on the existing research,carried out the satisfaction evaluation and analyzed,and then concluded that the evaluation of the Sports Center was good.According to the analysis results of post-occupancy evaluation,the paper put forward the optimization suggestions for the sharing of the Sports Center from three aspects of traffic accessibility,parking convenience,and function layout so as to better serve the users,to promote its sustainable development and to provide a reference for the planning and construction of the sports center in the university town.
