基于适应性理论的闽南传统民居再利用策略研究

Study on the Reuse Strategies of Traditional Dwellings in Southern Fujian Based on Adaptability Theory

在传统民居活化的再利用过程中,往往联结着建筑所处地区的人文历史、场地情感和文化价值。文章从适应性理念出发,对闽南传统民居建筑再利用改造设计进行研究,分别从传统历史文化适应、地域环境适应、新空间功能主体需求适应三个方面进行分析、归纳。提出当遵循适应性理念对民居再利用设计进行指导时,对有效空间的重组和再造、传统文化的传承、与自然环境的融合,以及场所精神的延续等方面设计策略的探究。

In the process of reactivation and reuse of traditional dwellings,it is often connected with the humanistic history,site emotion and cultural value of the place where the building is located.Starting from the concept of adaptability,this paper studies the reuse and reconstruction design of traditional residential buildings in southern Fujian,and analyzes and summarizes from three aspects:the adaptation of traditional history and culture,the adaptation of regional environment and the adaptation of the needs of the main body of new space function.When the concept of adaptability guides the reuse design of dwellings,it puts forward the exploration on the design strategies from the aspects of reorganization and reconstruction of effective space,inheritance of traditional culture,integration with natural environment and continuation of place spirit.
