历史街区保护及改造后评估研究--以北京前门大栅栏杨梅竹斜街为例

Research on the Protection and Post-Reconstruction Evaluation of Historic Districts:A Case of Yangmeizhu Byway in Dashilanr,Qianmen,Beijing

目前,古文化街区经过保护和改造后,仍存在一些潜在的问题。文章对北京前门周边一些街区及胡同在商业、住房、消防及文物等方面的规划进行调查研究,通过分析调查得到相关数据,对现有成果进行评估。再根据评估得出的结论,提出改进方案,使得已改造街区在文物保护等方面得到完善,或为未改造历史街区的修复及改造提供参考。

At present,after the protection and renovation of the ancient cultural districts,there are still some potential problems.The paper investigated and studied some neighborhoods and alleys surrounding Qianmen in Beijing from the aspects of commerce,housing,transportation,fire protection and cultural relics,and made an evaluation on the existing results by analyzing the relevant data obtained from the survey.Then,according to the conclusion of the evaluation,the improvement scheme is put forward to improve the cultural relics protection of the renovated district,or to provide a reference for the restoration and reconstruction of the unreformed historic district.
