产业融合导向下韩国仁寺洞历史街区外部空间分析

Analysis on the External Space of Korean Insa-Dong Historical Block under the Guidance of Industrial Integration

在现代化城市发展的过程中,历史街区的保护与更新必然会和当地的文化环境、传统建筑环境,以及经济环境之间有着重要的联系。在这些不同因素的影响下,多产业融合发展已经成为当下历史街区发展的一个方向。文章选取韩国仁寺洞历史街区为研究对象,基于传统建筑的整体环境,对街区的外部空间、传统建筑的改造,以及产业模式进行分析,思考产业融合在历史街区更新过程中的导向性,总结出仁寺洞历史街区在现代化发展过程中的优秀之处,从而提出对我国历史街区保护与发展具有价值的建议与导向。

IIn the process of modern urban development,the protection and renewal of historical blocks have an important connection with the cultural environment,historical architectural environment and economic environment.Under the influence of different factors,the integration of various industries has become a direction for the development of historical blocks.This paper selects Korean Insa-dong historical block as the research object.Based on the overall environment of traditional buildings,the paper analyzes the external space of the neighborhood,the transformation of traditional buildings,and the industrial model,considers the orientation of industrial integration in the renewal process of the historic district,and summarizes the excellence of the Insa-dong historic district in the process of modernization and development,so as to propose valuable suggestions and guidance for the preservation and development of the historic district in China.
