消费活力提升导向下的老城区街道空间活化策略--以青岛龙江路历史街区为例

摘要 近年来,我国城市更新活动蓬勃开展,老城区作为一个城市历史与文化的重要载体,其活力的提升是老城区复兴的重要前提。笔者通过实地调研,对青岛市龙江路老城区街道空间现有的消费行为模式进行分析,明确该区域在当前空间组织结构上存在的干扰因素,寻找通过改善消费行为活化龙江路街区的具体方法,从而为龙江路街区活力提升提供指引,为相关类型的老城区街道空间的活化提供新的思路。 In recent years,China’s urban renewal activities have been vigorously carried out.The old city,as an important carrier of urban history and culture,has improved its vitality as an important prerequisite for the rejuvenation of the old city.This paper analyzes the existing consumption behavior patterns of the old town street space of Longjiang Road in Qingdao through field investigation,determines the disturbing factors in the current spatial organization structure of the area,and finds the specific methods for activating Longjiang Road block by improving the consumer behavior.It aims to provide guidance for improving the vitality of Longjiang Road block and to provide new ideas for the revitalization of the relevant types of old town street space.
