摘要
近十年来,城镇化率快速增长,建筑能源消耗问题日益引起重视。围护结构是影响建筑能源消耗中的重要一环,在建筑运行阶段,可通过更换或安装新型材料等方法调节其热工参数以降低建筑能耗。因此,以夏热冬暖地区具有改造价值的住宅和商业建筑为主体,根据历年年鉴统计的居住和商业建筑面积,建立面积预测拟合曲线,并基于现有规范,设定不同时间节点的围护结构热工参数,同时采用夏热冬暖地区典型住宅和商业建筑模型,进行改造已有建筑前后的逐年能耗计算。结果表明:改造已有建筑围护结构后,居住建筑完成“碳达峰”目标,而商业建筑2030年能耗值较上年增长1.30%,后续可通过降低每度电碳排放量的方法完成目标。
In the last ten years,the rate of urbanization has accelerated in China.The issue of building energy consumption received significant attention.The building envelope contributes a considerable proportion to the building's total energy consumption.During the building operation period,energy-efficient retroftting could be conducted on building envelope to reduce the energy consumption.Thus,focusing on residential and commercial buildings with retrofitting potential in sub-tropical climate,this study establishes building area prediction methods based on yearbook data on residential and commercial areas,and configures the thermal characteristics of the envelope construction at various time spots.The annual energy consumption simulation was also conducted based on typical residential and commercial building models.The result reveals that afer retrofit of the existing building envelope,the residential buildings have completed the carbon peaking goal,the energy consumption value of commercial buildings would rise by 1.30 percent in 2030 compared to the previous year,and the objective may be met by lowering carbon emissions per kilowatt-hour.
