上海市农民集中居住项目绿色低碳评价指标体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 农民集中居住项目是实现城乡一体化和新型城镇化的重要途径,农民集中居住项目绿色低碳建设是“双碳”政策和乡村振兴背景下的重要发展方向。总结了我国绿色低碳乡村建设的发展理念,综述了国内外绿色乡村建设标准体系。选取上海市5个典型农民集中居住项目进行现场调研访谈,分析得出住户用能现状和绿色低碳技术应用情况。对国内典型绿色乡村建设评价标准进行绿色低碳技术频次分析,结合上海市农民集中居住项目绿色低碳调研现状及相关政策归纳重要指标,整合构建了关注单体层面的农房绿色低碳评价指标体系和关注社区层面的农村绿色低碳评价指标体系,以期为我国农民集中居住项目绿色低碳建设提供理论依据。 The farmers'concentrated residential project is an important way to realize urban-rural integration and new urbanization.The green and low-carbon construction of farmers'centralized residence projects is an important direction under the background of dual carbon policy and rural revitalization.This paper summarized the development concept of green and low-carbon rural construction in China and the standard system of green rural construction at home and abroad.Five typical farmers'centralized residence projects in Shanghai were selected for on-site investigation and interview,and the current household energy consumption as well as the application of green and low-carbon technology were analyzed.The frequency analysis of green and low-carbon technologies was carried out based on the evaluation standards of typical green rural construction in China,considered with the current green and low-carbon research on farmers'concentrated residential projects in Shanghai and relevant policies,the green and low-carbon evaluation index system of rural housing at the single level and the green and low-carbon evaluation index system of rural housing at the community level were respectively constructed,in order to provide theoretical basis for the green and low-carbon construction of farmers'centralized residence in China.
