高校学生公寓空间组织与效率优化

摘要 高校公寓作为大学生在校驻留时间最长的建筑物,人口密集且空间功能多元化,承载着公共属性功能。当前高校老旧学生公寓普遍存在空间组织与效率低效、落后问题,与当今大学生对公寓的使用需求相差甚远。对学生公寓进行资料收集、实地调研、问卷调查和现场测试,了解了学生公寓的现状,分析了大学生对公寓需求,探讨了空间组织和效率优化的方式,并针对后疫情时代学生公寓密集型的特点进行了空间组织和资源优化,室内平均温度降低0.9℃,外围护内表面温度平均降低1.1℃,平均采光系数约4%,为学生公寓提供新的使用场景,优化了运行效率。 University apartments,where college students have the longest residence time,are densely populated with diverse spatial functions,carrying public attributes and functions.Currently,there are widespread problems with inefficient and outdated spatial organization and eficiency in old apartments on campus,which is far from the demand for apartment use among college students.Data collection,field research,questionnaire survey,and on-site testing are conducted on student apartments to understand the situation of student apartments,analyze students'demand for apartments,and explore ways to optimize spatial organization and eficiency.Space organization and resource optimization have been carried out in response to the intensive characteristics of student apartments in the post pandemic era.The average internal temperature dropped by O.9℃,the average inner surface temperature of the outer envelope dropped by 1.1℃.The average lighting coefficient was about 4%.This article will provide a new path for student housing design,broaden the utilization,and improve the efficiency of operation.
