摘要
超低能耗建筑以其舒适性和节能优势在全球范围内得到迅速推广,然而高额的附加成本却是影响其发展的瓶颈。为了探索严寒地区超低能耗建筑围护结构的成本优化设计方案,以严寒地区某超低能耗建筑为例,利用DesignBuilder进行建模分析,通过正交试验设计方法,以能效指标为约束研究不同外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数及AWWR对建筑围护结构增量成本的影响,得到围护结构成本最优方案。结果表明,外窗及AWWR对围护结构增量成本影响较大,且在外墙传热系数为0.12 W/(m^(2)·K)、外窗传热系数为1.8 W/(m^(2)·K)、AWWR为0.3时,围护结构增量成本最低。研究成果可为实现严寒地区低成本超低能耗建筑围护结构提供设计参考。
Ultra-low energy consumption building with its comfort and energy saving advantages has been rapidly promoted in the world,but the high additional cost is the bottleneck of its development.The design of the envelope structure of buildings with very low energy consumption in cold regions is studied and explored.Taking an ultra-low energy consumption building in cold regions as an example,modeling and analysis are conducted by using DesignBuilder.The influence of the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall and window and AWWR on incremental cost of building envelope was studied with energy eficiency index as constraint,and the optimal design scheme of the building envelope has been obtained.The results show that the external window and AWWR have a great influence on the incremental cost of the envelope,and the incremental envelope cost is the lowest when the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall is 0.12 W/(m^(2)·K),the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window is 1.8 W/(m^(2)·K),and AWWR is O.3.The research results can provide reference for the design of ultra-low energy consumption building envelope in cold areas,and also provide key technical parameters for the realization of low-cost building envelope with ultra-low energy consumption.
