基于PDCA的地下室顶棚无机纤维喷涂施工质量研究

摘要 地下室顶棚喷涂无机纤维矿物棉隔热层作为一种新型绿色施工技术,施工快捷方便,保温隔热性能优良,能减少热量损失,达到节能减排的目的。为进一步推动无机纤维喷涂施工技术的推广及应用,基于PDCA质量循环法,以青岛某公共建筑地下室顶棚喷涂无机纤维矿物棉隔热层为质量管理对象,根据现状调查分析设定目标,通过缺陷项目累计频率确定影响施工质量的主要问题,利用因果分析图法分析产生该问题的主要原因,再使用5W1H分析法制定质量管理对策并付诸实施,最后进行效果检查显示达到了提高施工合格率和缩短建设工期的目的,验证了PDCA在提高地下室顶棚喷涂无机纤维矿物棉隔热层施工质量的可行性和适用性,为相关研究和实践提供一定的借鉴与参考。 As a new green construction technology,spraying inorganic fiber mineral wool insulation layer on basement ceiling is fast and convenient in construction,with excellent thermal insulation performance,which can reduce heat loss and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.In order to further promote the popularization and application of inorganic fiber spraying construction technology,based on the PDCA quality circulation method,the basement roof coating with inorganic fiber and mineral wool insulating layer of a public building in Qingdao is expounded.The goal is set according to the survey of the status quo analysis,the major problems affecting construction quality are determined through defect project cumulative frequency,the principal causes are analyzed using the method of causeand-effect analysis diagram.Then 5WIH analysis method was used to formulate quality management countermeasures and put them into practice.And the final effect check shows that the purpose of improving the qualified rate of construction and shortening the construction period is achieved.The feasibility and applicability of PDCA are verified in improving the construction quality of inorganic fiber mineral cotton thermal insulation layer sprayed on basement ceiling,which can provide reference for related research and practice.
