摘要
【目的】通过对不同玉米材料苗期的耐盐性进行综合评价,筛选耐盐性强的材料,为后续大田研究提供种质资源和理论依据。【方法】采用180 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对42份玉米自交系进行胁迫处理,测定幼苗形态和生理生化共11项指标,利用隶属函数法并通过聚类分析,对供试材料进行综合评价和筛选。【结果】盐胁迫下玉米幼苗株高、根长、鲜苗质量、苗干质量、根鲜质量、根干质量平均数值分别下降48.20%、36.00%、57.64%、58.82%、48.50%、42.11%,而叶绿素含量、SOD及POD酶活性则分别增高25.33%、1.93%、21.16%、6.64%、3.15%,且供试材料各指标间差异显著(P<0.05)。通过聚类分析将42份供试材料分为5类,4份强耐盐性材料;4份耐盐性材料;9份中度耐盐材料;13份盐胁迫敏感材料;12份盐胁迫极敏感材料。【结论】1.0紧凑-5、1.0紧凑-15、1.0平展-9和0.67平展-21为强耐盐材料,TS141属于中度耐盐材料。
【Objective】The study aimed to comprehensively evaluate salt tolerance of different maize materials at seedling stage and screen the materials with strong salt tolerance,providing germplasm re⁃sources and theoretical basis for subsequent field research.【Method】A total of 42 maize inbred lines were treated with 180 mmol/L NaCl solution.Eleven indexes of seedling morphology,physiology and biochemis⁃try were determined.The test materials were evaluated and screened by the method of subordination func⁃tion and cluster analysis.【Result】Under salt stress,the average values of various morphological indexes of seedling height,root length,fresh weight of seedling,dry weight of seedling,fresh weighr of root,dry weight of root were decreased by 48.20%,36.00%,57.64%,58.82%,48.50%and 42.11%,respectively,while chlorophyll content,SOD and POD enzyme activities were increased by 25.33%,1.93%,21.16%,6.64%and 3.15%,respectively,and there existed significant differences among indexes of the tested materials(P<0.05).The 42 tested materials could be divided into 5 categories by cluster analysis,including 4 materials with strong salt tolerance,4 salt-resistant materials,9 medium salt-resistant materials,13 salt-sensitive ma⁃terials,and 12 salt-highly-sensitive material.【Conclusion】It was suggested that 1.0 compact-5,1.0 com⁃pact-15,1.0 flat-9 and 0.67 flat-21 are strongly salt-tolerant materials,and TS141 is a medium salttolerant material.
