摘要
【目的】比较不同甘肃藜麦品种之间的经济效益及营养品质,以期为不同陇系藜麦推广、开发和应用提供理论依据和数据支撑。【方法】以甘肃省农业科学院畜草与绿色农业研究所天祝试验站种植的陇藜1号、陇藜2号、陇藜3号、陇藜4号、陇藜5号、陇藜6号、陇藜7号及陇黑藜1号为研究对象,对这8个品种藜麦的经济指标、化学成分、矿物元素含量及抗氧化性能进行比较分析。【结果】不同品种之间差异显著:如陇藜4号亩产量、蛋白质含量、钙含量、铁含量、硒含量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),其中亩产达到了265 kg,并达到国家规定的富硒植物标准;陇藜5号千粒重显著高于另外7个品种(P<0.05);陇藜6号发芽率达到了96%,明显高于其它品种(P<0.05);陇藜7灰分显著高于其它品种(P<0.05);陇藜3号和陇黑藜1号含有丰富的总酚和总黄酮,较其它品种有较强的抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。【结论】陇藜4号相较于其它品种表现出更好的经济效益及营养价值,而陇藜3号和陇黑藜1号可作为天然抗氧化食物开发和应用推广。
【Objective】The study aimed to compare economic benefits and nutritional quality among dif⁃ferent varieties of quinoa in Gansu Province,providing a theoretical basis and data support for the extension,development,and application of different quinoa in Longxi region.【Method】The eight varieties of quinoa,i.e.,Longli 1,Longli 2,Longli 3,Longli 4,Longli 5,Longli 6,Longli 7,and Long Black Quinoa 1,which were cultivated in Tianzhu Experimental Station of Animal Husbandry and Green Agriculture Research In⁃stitute of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,were employed as the materials to compare and analyze their economic indicators,chemical components,mineral elements content and antioxidant properties.【Result】There were significant differences in various indicators among different varieties.For example,Longli 4 had significantly higher yield per mu,protein content,calcium content,iron content,and selenium content than other varieties(P<0.05),with a yield of 265 kg per mu,and this variety met the national stan⁃dard for selenium-rich plants.Longli 5 had a significantly higher thousand-grain weight than the other seven varieties(P<0.05);and Longli 6 had a germination rate of 96%,which was significantly higher than other varieties(P<0.05).Longli 7 had significantly higher ash content than other varieties(P<0.05),and Longli 3 and Long Black Quinoa 1 contained abundant total phenols and total flavonoids,with a stronger an⁃tioxidant capacity than other varieties(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Longli 4 showed better economic benefits and nutritional value than other varieties,while Longli 3 and Long Black Quinoa 1 could be developed and promoted as natural antioxidant foods.
