坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征患者的效果

Effects of Kuntai capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy in treatment of patients with climacteric syndrome

目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年1月该院收治的130例更年期综合征患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组采用激素替代疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗,治疗3个月后,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后Kuppermann量表(KI)评分、中医证候积分、血清性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、神经递质[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.38%(62/65),高于对照组的81.54%(53/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组KI评分、中医证候积分及血清FSH、LH、NE水平均低于对照组,血清E_(2)、5-HT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素、神经递质水平,降低KI评分、中医证候积分,效果优于单用激素替代疗法治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Kuntai capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy in treatment of patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 130 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone replacement therapy,while the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsules on the basis of that of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the Kuppermann scale(KI)score,the TCM syndrome score,the serum sex hormone levels[estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],the neurotransmitter levels[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)],and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.38%(62/65),which was higher than 81.54%(53/65)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the KI score,the TCM syndrome score and the serum FSH,LH and NE levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the serum E_(2) and 5-HT levels were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Kuntai capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy for the patients with climacteric syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitters,thereby reducing the KI scores and the TCM syndrome scores.Moreover,it is superior to single hormone replacement therapy.
