基于主成分分析和聚类分析的水培生菜品种综合评价 被引量:1

Comprehensive evaluation of hydroponically grown lettuce varieties based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis

摘要 为筛选出适宜水培生产的优良生菜品种,对11个参试品种的12个性状进行调查与分析,并运用主成分和聚类分析方法进行综合评价。结果表明,不同生菜品种间各指标存在显著差异,变异系数为4.45%~39.22%。主成分分析提取出4个主成分,累积贡献率达84.842%。聚类分析将参试品种分为4种类型,其中2种类型适宜水培生产,第Ⅰ类为株形美观、耐抽薹、产量高的绿色奶油生菜类型,第Ⅲ类为植株大、耐抽薹、产量高、营养丰富的散叶生菜类型。结合生产实践,水培生菜可选择绿玫瑰、奶油绿、北生4号、芳妮、早生裙舞等5个品种,同时为丰富叶色,可适量种植紫蝶和奶油红。 In order to screen out lettuce varieties suitable for hydroponic cultivation,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the cultivation adaptability of 11 varieties.The results showed that there were significant differences in the 12 agronomic traits among different varieties,and the variation coefficient were ranged from 4.45%to 39.22%.The principal component analysis showed that 12 traits were integrated into four principal components making 84.842%cumulative contribution to the total variance.11 varieties tested were divided into four categories by cluster analysis,and two of them were suitable for hydroponic production.The categoryⅠis the green butter Lettuce with beautiful plant architecture,bolting resistance and high yield;the categoryⅢis the type of leaf lettuce with large plant,bolting resistance,high yield and abundant nutrition.Combined production practices,5 varieties were suitable for cultivating hydroponically including Lvmeigui,Naiyoulv,Beisheng No.4,Fangni and Zaoshengqunwu.Meanwhile,we could moderately plant Zidie and Naiyouhong in order to enhance ornamental value.
