基于行为转变理论的健康指导措施在老年肺结核患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Guidance Measures Based on Behavioral Transformation Theory in Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析基于行为转变理论的健康指导措施在老年肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月本院收治的98例老年肺结核患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组49例患者接受常规护理干预,研究组49例患者在对照组基础上应用基于行为转变理论的健康指导措施。针对两组患者的遵医行为以及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自护能力检测量表(ESCA)、自我感受负担感受量表(SPBS)与健康调查简表(SF-36)评分进行比较。结果研究组患者遵医行为的总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的GSES、ESCA、SPBS与SF-36评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预12周后,研究组GSES、ESCA、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SPBS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为转变理论的健康指导措施能够提高老年肺结核患者的遵医行为,增强其自我效能感与自护能力,缓解自我负担感受,保障其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of health guidance measures based on behavioral transformation theory in elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 98 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups using a random number table,49 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while 49 patients in the study group applied health guidance measures based on behavioral transformation theory on their basis.Compare the compliance behavior of two groups of patients,as well as the scores of the General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self Care Ability Test Scale(ESCA),Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),and Health Survey Short Form(SF-36).Results The total compliance rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of GSES,ESCA,SPBS,and SF-36 scales between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the GSES scale,ESCA scale,and SF-36 scale scores of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),while the SPBS scale scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health guidance measures based on behavioral transformation theory can improve the compliance behavior of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients,enhance their self-efficacy and self-care ability,alleviate their sense of self burden,and ensure their quality of life.
