基于焦点解决模式的护理对于终末期肾病血液透析患者心理状况和疾病应对能力及生活质量的影响

Impact of Focused Solution Based Nursing on the Psychological Status,Disease Response Ability,and Quality of Life of End-stage Renal Disease Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析基于焦点解决模式的护理对于终末期肾病血液透析患者心理状况、疾病应对能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年3月于本院行血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者102例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)与研究组(n=51)。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上应用基于焦点解决模式的护理。针对两组干预前及干预8周后的健康问卷抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、生命质量简表(SF-36)评分以及护理满意度进行比较。结果干预前,两组PHQ-9、GAD-7、MCMQ各维度及SF-36评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预8周后,研究组PHQ-9、GAD-7评分低于对照组(P<0.05),MCMQ中屈服、回避维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),面对维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于焦点解决模式的护理可有效改善终末期肾病血液透析患者的不良心理状况与疾病应对能力,保障其生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of focused solution based nursing on the psychological status,disease coping ability,and quality of life of end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 102 end-stage renal disease patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=51)and a study group(n=51)using a random number table.The control group patients received routine nursing measures,while the research group applied focus based nursing on the control group.Compare the scores of the Health Questionnaire Self Rating Depression Scale(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7),Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ),Quality of Life Short Form(SF-36),and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after 8 weeks of intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in the scores of PHQ-9,GAD-7,MCMQ,and SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores on the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scales in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores on the yield and avoidance dimensions in the MCMQ scale were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores on the face dimension were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 simple scale scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution based nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychological condition and disease response ability of end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients,ensure their quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which has clinical application value.
