专科护士指导下的多学科康复护理在胫骨平台骨折患者中的应用效果

Application Effect Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Nursing under the Guidance of Specialized Nurses in Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的给予胫骨平台骨折患者在专科护士指导下应用多学科康复护理干预,进一步提高临床护理质量,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。方法本次研究对象共80例,2022年1月至2022年12月间在我院确诊为胫骨平台骨折,在公平的前提下按照患者的入院顺序进行分组,观察组40例患者采用在专科护士指导下的多学科康复护理干预,对照组40例患者采用常规护理,对两组患者干预后的膝关节功能恢复状况、疼痛评分、生活质量评分等指标进行对比。结果观察组患者干预后膝关节功能量表评分(91.48±7.48)分高于对照组(80.38±6.48)分,疼痛评分(2.09±0.47)分低于对照组(3.37±0.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对康复知识的掌握评分以及生活质量评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率5.00%较对照组25.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护士指导下多学科康复护理干预可提高胫骨平台骨折患者对康复训练知识的掌握度,减轻患者的疼痛感,降低并发症的发生率,促进膝关节功能的恢复,有助于患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To provide multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with tibial plateau fractures under the guidance of specialized nurses,further improving the quality of clinical nursing and promoting the recovery of knee joint function.Methods A total of 80 patients in this study were diagnosed as tibial plateau fractures in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.Under the premise of fairness,they were divided into groups according to the admission order of the patients.The observation group included 40 patients who received multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing intervention under the guidance of specialized nurses.The control group of 40 patients received routine nursing care,and a comparative study was conducted on the recovery of knee joint function,pain scores,quality of life scores,and other indicators of the two groups of patients after intervention.Results After intervention,the knee joint function score(91.48±7.48)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(80.38±6.48),while the pain score(2.09±0.47)was lower than that in the control group(3.37±0.94),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of patients'mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%lower than 25.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing intervention under the guidance of specialized nurses can improve the mastery of rehabilitation training knowledge for patients with tibial plateau fractures,alleviate the pain sensation of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and contribute to the improvement of patients'quality of life.
