医护一体化护理干预对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者康复和疼痛程度及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Integrated Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation, Pain Degree and Nursing Satisfaction after Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的探究医护一体化护理干预对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者康复、疼痛程度及护理满意度的影响。方法研究对象为120例行腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者,研究起止时间为2021年1月至2022年8月,样本来源为厦门医学院附属第二医院,依据随机数字表法分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组,其中采用常规护理干预的60例患者为对照组,在常规护理的基础上加用医护一体化护理干预的60例患者为观察组,两组患者实施干预至康复出院。对比两组术后康复指标、干预前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及干预后的护理质量评分、满意度。结果对比两组患者的康复指标、干预前后VAS、GCQ、ADL评分以及责任护士病情掌握评分、住院患者健康教育评分、满意度,观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理干预有利于促进腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的术后康复,减轻患者疼痛程度,提升其护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of integrated nursing intervention on rehabilitation,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of patients after laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods The study subjects were 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy from January 2021 to August 2022 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method.Among them,60 cases of patients with routine nursing intervention were the control group,and 60 cases of patients with integrated nursing intervention were the observation group on the basis of routine nursing,and the two groups of patients were interventioned until discharge.Postoperative rehabilitation index,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Ggeneral Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score,Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score before and after intervention,nursing quality score and satisfaction level after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time,getting out of bed time and hospital stay time of observation group were shorter than those of control group.Compared with those before intervention,VAS scores of observation and control groups after intervention were decreased,and the former was lower than the latter;ADL score and GCQ score increased,and the former was higher than the latter After intervention,the actual operation level score,service attitude score and nursing satisfaction data of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the former was higher than the latter.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention is beneficial to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy,reduce the degree of pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
