小儿消积止咳口服液对小儿支气管肺炎症状消失时间及血清细胞因子水平的影响

Effect of Xiao'er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid on the Disappearance Time of Symptoms and Serum Cytokine Levels in Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的观察小儿消积止咳口服液对小儿支气管肺炎症状体征消失时间及血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的影响。方法选取福建省立医院金山医院小儿内科以支气管肺炎收住院患儿160例,以随机数字法、双盲设计分为观察组、对照组,各80例,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服小儿消积止咳口服液,疗程10 d。比较两组患儿主要症状体征消失时间、血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α细胞因子水平、中医证候积分、临床疗效以及住院时间。结果与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽、气促、食欲不振、肺部细湿啰音等症状体征的消失时间更短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分显著下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为97.50%,对照组为88.70%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿消积止咳口服液可有效缩短小儿支气管肺炎症状体征消失时间及住院时间,降低血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α细胞因子水平,有抗炎抗感染作用,有效缩短病程,提高疗效。

Objective To observe of the effect of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid on the disappearance time of symptoms and signs and Serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αimpact of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods Selecting 160 hospitalized children with bronchopneumonia from the Pediatric Department of Jinshan Hospital,Fujian Provincial Hospital,divided into an observation group and a control group with 80 cases in each group,using random number method and double blind design,the observation group received pediatric Xiaoji Zhike oral solution on the basis of routine treatment,with a course of 10 days.Compare the improvement time of main symptoms and signs,serum IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αcytokine levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,and hospitalization time between two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter improvement time in symptoms and signs such as cough,shortness of breath,loss of appetite,and lung murmurs(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of serum IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αall decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 88.70%,the total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid can effectively shorten the time for the disappearance of symptoms and signs of pediatric bronchopneumonia and the length of hospital stay,reduce serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αcytokine levels,has anti-infective effects,effectively shortening the course of the disease and improving the efficacy.
