盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的效果

Effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release tablets Combined with Diclofenac Sodium on pain Caused by bone Metastasis of Malignant Tumor

目的探讨针对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗基础上联合双氯芬酸钠治疗对疼痛的效果。方法以2022年2月至2023年2月为研究起止时间,随机从福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院选取50例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,依据盲选形式予以分组,其中对照组25例以双氯芬酸钠治疗,观察组25例在对照组基础之上配合使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,比较两组疼痛缓解程度、不良反应发生率、镇痛指标、生活质量评测值等。结果治疗后,观察组的镇痛总有效率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、头晕、嗜睡等不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的镇痛起效时间、睡眠质量评分短于或低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后生活质量评分得以改善,观察组数据处于更高水平(P<0.05)。结论针对性肿瘤骨转移的患者,为其积极开展盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠药物治疗后,可改善患者的疼痛效果,有利于提高睡眠质量和其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with Diclofenac sodium on pain in patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis.Methods During the research period from February 2022 to February 2023,50 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors were randomly selected from the Third People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were grouped according to the form of blind selection.Among them,25 patients involved in the control group were treated with Diclofenac sodium,25 patients involved in the observation group organized the use of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group,and compared the pain relief degree,adverse reaction rate,analgesia indicators,quality of life evaluation values and other indicators between the groups.Results After implementing treatment measures for the corresponding groups,the total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness,and drowsiness between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The observation group received shorter pain relief onset time and sleep quality scores after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before the implementation of treatment measures(P>0.05).Both groups underwent changes after the treatment measures were implemented,and the data showed an upward trend,while the observation group's data was at a higher level(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and Diclofenac sodium can improve the pain effect of patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors,and help to improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
