西洛他唑联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果及对凝血功能的影响

Effect of Cilostazol Combined with Ozagrel in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Coagulation Function

目的探讨西洛他唑和奥扎格雷联合治疗急性脑梗死的效果和对凝血功能的作用。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者(轻中型为主,大面积梗死、重症患者除外)126例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(63例,采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗)和观察组(63例,采用西洛他唑联合奥扎格雷治疗),对比分析两组的治疗效果、凝血功能和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率、凝血功能指标(全血高切黏度、血细胞容积、纤维蛋白原)、NIHSS评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率(恶心呕吐、牙龈及消化道出血、出血转化)、住院时间、日常生活能力(ADL)评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西洛他唑联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的效果优于阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷,可显著缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的神经功能,提高患者的生活质量,同时安全性高,未增加出血风险。

Objective To discuss the effect of Cilostazol combined with ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on blood coagulation function.Methods A total of 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023(mainly light to medium,except large area infarction and severe patients)were randomly divided into the control group(63 cases,treated with aspirin combined with Clopidogrel)and the observation group(63 cases,treated with Cilostazol combined with ozagrel).The treatment effect,coagulation function,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate,coagulation function indicators(whole blood high shear viscosity,blood cell volume,fibrinogen),NIHSS score,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of complications(nausea and vomiting,gingival and gastrointestinal bleeding,bleeding conversion),hospitalization time,and ability of daily living(ADL)score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cilostazol combined with ozagrel is superior to aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It can significantly shorten the hospital stay of patients,improve the neurological function of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.At the same time,it is safe and does not increase the risk of bleeding.
