骨科运动医学与肩膝踝关节镜手术在肩膝踝骨创伤患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery of Shoulder,Knee,and Ankle in Patients with Shoulder,Knee,and Ankle Trauma

目的观察骨科运动医学与肩膝踝关节镜手术在肩膝踝骨创伤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月在本院治疗肩膝踝骨创伤的148例患者的基本资料,将单独采取肩膝踝关节开放手术治疗的72例患者设为对照组,将采取骨科运动医学与肩膝踝关节镜手术治疗的72例患者设为观察组。将并发症发生率、住院时间、术中出血量以及干预前后的AOFAS评分、HSS评分、Rowe评分纳入组间对比。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,观察组的AOFAS评分、HSS评分、Rowe评分与对照组接近,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预后,观察组的AOFAS评分、HSS评分、Rowe评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论骨科运动医学与肩膝踝关节镜手术对肩膝踝骨创伤有显著的安全性及有效性,可明显改善患者的肩膝踝关节功能。

Objective To observe the application effect of orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery on shoulder,knee,and ankle injuries in patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the basic data of 148 patients who were treated for shoulder,knee,and ankle injuries in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,72 patients who underwent open surgery for the shoulder,knee,and ankle joints alone were assigned to the control group,and 72 patients who underwent orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery for the shoulder,knee,and ankle joints were assigned to the observation group.The incidence of complications,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,as well as the AOFAS score,HSS score,and Rowe score before and after intervention were included in the inter group comparison.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,the AOFAS score,HSS score,and Rowe score of the observation group were close to those of the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the AOFAS score,HSS score,and Rowe score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery for shoulder,knee,and ankle injuries have significant safety and effectiveness,and can significantly improve the function of the shoulder,knee,and ankle joints in patients.
