游离保留SMAS术与非游离保留SMAS术在腮腺肿瘤患者中的应用效果

Free Preserved SMAS Versus Non-free Preserved SMAS in Patients with Parotid Tumors

目的探讨腮腺肿瘤患者手术治疗期间游离保留表浅肌肉健膜系统(SMAS)的临床价值。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月我院收治的70例腮腺肿瘤患者,随机分为两组。对照组行非游离保留SMAS术,观察组行游离保留SMAS术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者总有效率、手术时间、切口长度3项指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出血量、Frey综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后总住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后观察组患者面神经症状分级中1级占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腮腺肿瘤手术治疗期间,游离保留SMAS可降低术中出血量与术后Frey综合征发生风险,缩短术后住院时间,且对手术整体疗效无负面影响。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of free preservation of the superficial musculoskeletal system(SMAS)during surgical treatment of parotid tumor patients.Methods Seventy patients with parotid tumors admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent non-free preserved SMAS and the observation group underwent free preserved SMAS,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After comparison,the differences in the total efficiency,operative time,and incision length of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the incidence of bleeding and frey syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the percentage of grade 1 in the postoperative facial nerve symptom grading was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During surgical treatment of parotid tumors,free preservation of the SMAS reduces intraoperative bleeding and the risk of postoperative Frey syndrome,shortens the postoperative hospital stay,and has no negative impact on the overall surgical outcome.
