补中益气汤对结直肠癌术后化疗脾胃气虚患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang on Immune Function in Patients with Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency after Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的探讨补中益气汤对结直肠癌术后化疗脾胃气虚患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年5月收治的90例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照其治疗方式分为对照组、匹多莫德组、补中益气汤组,各30例,分别采用化疗治疗、化疗+匹多莫德治疗、化疗+补中益气汤治疗,比较3组患者治疗疗效、免疫功能指标、不良反应发生率等。结果补中益气组治疗疗效90%高于匹多莫德组63.33%、对照组33.33%,匹多莫德组治疗疗效63.33%高于对照组33.33%(P<0.05);治疗前组间免疫功能指标比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后,补中益气汤组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、NK细胞高于匹多莫德组、对照组,CD_(8)^(+)低于匹多莫德组、对照组(P<0.05),匹多莫德组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、NK细胞高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);补中益气组不良反应发生率6.67%低于匹多莫德组30.00%、对照组33.33%(P<0.05),匹多莫德组30.00%低于对照组33.33%(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌术后化疗患者再接受补中益气汤治疗,能更好的调控机体免疫功能,改善疾病证候症状,进而提升疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on immune function in patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach after colorectal cancer surgery undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to their treatment methods,they were divided into control group,pidotimod group and Buzhong Yiqi decoction group,30 cases in each group.They were treated with chemotherapy,chemotherapy+pidotimod,and chemotherapy+Buzhong Yiqi decoction,respectively.The therapeutic efficacy,immune function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi group was 90%higher than that of pidotimod group(63.33%),the control group(33.33%),and the pidotimod group(63.33%)was higher than that of the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).The comparison of immune function indexes between groups before treatment was not statistically significant,P>0.05.After treatment,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),NK cells in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group were higher than those in pidotimod group and control group,CD_(8)^(+)was lower than those in pidotimod group and control group(P<0.05),CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),NK cells in pidotimod group were higher than those in control group,and CD_(8)^(+)was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Buzhong Yiqi group was 6.67%lower than that in the pidotimod group(30.00%),the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05),and the pidotimod group(30.00%)was lower than the control group(33.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients who receive Buzhong Yiqi decoction treatment can better regulate the body's immune function,improve disease symptoms,and thereby enhance the therapeutic effect.
