聚焦解决模式下护理干预对产前诊断高龄孕妇应对方式及护理依从性的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Coping Style and Nursing Compliance of Elderly Pregnant Women with Prenatal Testing under the Focused Solution Mode

目的探讨产前诊断高龄孕妇实施聚焦解决模式护理干预对其应对方式及护理依从性的影响。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月在我院接受介入性产前诊断的高龄孕妇100例作为研究目标,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(50例)护理方案采取常规模式;观察组(50例)护理方案采取聚焦解决模式。对两组高龄孕妇的应对方式进行评估,比较组间结果差异。调查各组孕妇对此次护理的依从性。对两组孕妇护理前后心理状态、生活质量进行评估,分析评分变化趋势且对比差异。结果观察组高龄孕妇接受聚焦解决模式干预后,积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇护理总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组高龄孕妇住院前,心理状态评估结果、生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组孕妇分娩后抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产前诊断高龄孕妇通过实施聚焦解决模式护理干预能够改善应对方式,提高其护理依从性,调节不良心态,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of focused solution nursing intervention on coping style and nursing compliance of elderly pregnant women with Prenatal testing.Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly pregnant women who received Prenatal testing in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objective.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method,and the control group(50 cases)took the conventional nursing mode;The observation group(50 cases)adopted a focused solution mode in their nursing plan.Evaluate the coping styles of two groups of elderly pregnant women and compare the differences in results between the groups.Investigate the compliance of each group of pregnant women with this care.Evaluate the psychological status and quality of life of two groups of pregnant women before and after nursing,analyze the trend of score changes,and compare statistical significance.Results After receiving the focused solution model intervention,the elderly pregnant women in the observation group had a higher positive coping score than the control group,and a lower negative coping score than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance of nursing care for pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state assessment results and quality of life scores between the two groups of elderly pregnant women(P>0.05).The observation group had lower depression and anxiety scores than the control group,while the quality of life scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal testing elderly pregnant women can improve their coping style,improve their nursing compliance,regulate their bad mentality,and improve their quality of life by implementing focused solution mode nursing intervention,which is worthy of application and promotion.
