糖尿病患儿护理中应用循证护理的效果观察

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetic Children

目的探讨循证护理在糖尿病患儿护理中的应用对患儿不良情绪、血糖水平及自我管理行为能力的影响。方法纳入2019年5月至2022年5月我院手指的40例1型糖尿病(T1DM)患儿,随机进行分组,各20例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组基于常规护理联合循证护理,观察两组护理前后血糖控制状况,对两组服药规律、饮食控制以及运动管理等自我管理行为能力进行综合评估,应用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)对两组护理前后心理状态进行评估。结果护理前,两组FPG、2h PBG、Hb A1c水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组FPG、2h PBG、Hb A1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我管理行为能力综合评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组SCARED、DSRSC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SCARED、DSRSC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患儿护理中应用循证护理的效果显著,不仅可以降低患儿血糖水平,还能有效缓解其不良情绪,继而提高儿童的自我管理行为能力,使得血糖水平长时间维持在优良状态,有效性较高。

Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on adverse mood,blood glucose level and self-management ability of children with diabetes.Methods Forty children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into 20 cases each.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based care based on routine care combined with evidence-based care.The blood glucose control status of the two groups before and after care was observed,and the selfmanagement ability of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated for medication regularity,diet control,exercise management and other behaviors.The children's Anxiety Mood Disorder Screening Scale(SCARED)and Children's Depression Disorder Self-Rating Scale(DSRSC)were used to evaluate the mental state of the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the levels of FPG,2hPBG and HbA1c were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of FPG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive score of self-management ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SCARED and DSRSC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SCARED and DSRSC scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with diabetes has significant effects,which can not only reduce the level of blood sugar in children,but also effectively relieve their bad mood,and then improve the ability of self-management behavior of children,so that the blood sugar level can be maintained in a good state for a long time,with high effectiveness.
